Stated are the Terms and Conditions for ACT-VST Limited. Usage of this site and our products obligates and bounds you to these terms.
 
SHIPPING 
Sales are finalised upon purchase.

Prices do not include shipping taxes and duties. Orders are shipped from London, England within 24 business hours of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Unless stated otherwise, all products are made to order. Due to this process, please allow one to two weeks for shipping.

RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

If a product is defected, please provide proof by emailing (creative@act-vst.com) including photographic evidence of the defect, within 5 working days of delivery. We will determine if the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund. The condition of the item must be unworn with all its original packaging and tags.

THE ITEM MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT, OTHERWISE WE CAN'T EXCHANGE IT.

Refunds, trades or credit for any purchases will not be offered unless the fault is of ACT-VST.

 

ACT-VST reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defected products before authorising return.
ACT-VST reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.
ACT-VST will not accept any worn items.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon inspection of the return we will process the exchange and you will be sent a confirmation email.

An order cannot be cancelled, if for any reason we are forced to refund we will keep processing fees by at least of 60%.

Customers bear the risks that the product may endure damage once dispatched by ACT-VST. Once the product is dispatched by our trusted carrier we absolve ourselves of all responsibility towards loss or damage of your order. Responsibility is passed onto the customer with immediate effect.

If any provision of these general terms and conditions of sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale remain fully applicable to anyone using this site or purchasing ACT-VST products. These terms and conditions will be referred to and enforced to the full extent of the law.
